Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Organize invoices and accounting-related documents
- Assist with basic accounting data entry and record keeping
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Perform other related tasks as assigned


Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in accounting or office administration (entry-level candidates
welcome)
- Basic proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluent in Korean; basic English communication skills required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.


Employment Conditions
- Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications).
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday (full-time).
