Job Summary
We’re hiring a motivated Field Sales Representative to sell print and digital advertising across Bucks, Montgomery, Lehigh, and Chester Counties. This is a remote, field-based role requiring in-person prospecting (door-knocking), cold calling, and phone sales. Full training provided. Pay is 100% commission — uncapped.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close new advertising accounts in assigned counties
- Conduct face-to-face visits and door-to-door outreach with local businesses, real estate agents, builders, and home service providers
- Make cold calls and follow-up calls to generate leads and set appointments
- Present customized advertising solutions (print + digital) and close sales
- Prepare proposals and contracts; manage ad materials submission
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity entries in CRM; report to management
- Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build relationships to secure renewals and upsells
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable with and experienced in cold calling and in-person prospecting (door-to-door or field sales experience preferred)
- Strong phone sales and closing skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently from home
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel frequently within assigned counties
- Professional appearance and strong verbal/written communication skills
- Basic computer skills (email, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, CRM)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling advertising, marketing services, or media
- Local network in Bucks, Montgomery, Lehigh, or Chester County markets
