• Situation: Client needs an interim CIO to guide enterprise application transformation
• Location: Northeast Long Island (primary) and Boston. Will need to be on-site 80% of the time
• Industry: Construction
• Size: ~$200M revenue/ $23M EBITDA. Growing $15-20M annually
• Travel requirements: needs to be on site 80% of the time in either Long Island or Boston. Long Island preferred. An ideal candidate would be based locally.
• Start: Immediate.
• Duration: 3-6 months, likely to extend 9-12 months
• What they need: Seasoned IT leader to help them:
  • Lead $3M $4M enterprise application transformation (ERP, CRM, FSM, Analytics, Construction Mgmt, iPaaS).
  • Oversee blueprinting kickoff with West Monroe/Accordion/Wipfli.
  • Accelerate FSM and CRM implementation.
  • Support M&A integration (5 6 small acquisitions/year).
• Must-haves/Specific skills:
  • Construction industry experience with WIP/POC accounting.
  • Field services background (HVAC, pest control).
  • Multi-entity, multi-brand roll-up experience.
  • Acquisition-heavy environment experience.
  • PE experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership in large-scale tech transformations.
